Returns:

Returns are accepted within 20 days for items in new, sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us through the website or email us at 7sinaya@gmail.com with your order number. We accept returns on all pieces, but please notify us within 20 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued once the returned items arrive and are inspected. If you need to return an item after the 20 day window, please reach out — We’re happy to work with you on a solution.

If any jewelry arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Damage must be caused during shipping; we cannot replace pieces damaged by normal wear and tear or accidents after delivery.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. To avoid issues, please double check your shipping information before completing checkout, as autofill, PayPal, or Apple Pay may occasionally enter incorrect details.
